Sheyla Paz Hicks
Sheyla Paz Hicks - was born in a small town called Mayari in the Santiago de Cuba province, Cuba. She was raise by her grandparents in the countryside of this small town. Growing up was difficult because of the very low income, but they manage to survive with the harvest of the little crop field of her grandfather. When she was 13 she moved to Santiago de Cuba city to continue middle school studies an to have a better career opportunity. After turning 18 she graduated from Frank Pais Garcia a technical school with the title of Music Educator of Kindergarten. She worked as a music teacher with children for 3 years. Then decided that she wanted to learn more about music and become a good performer. So she moved to Havana City where she had the opportunity to work for four year with Turarte S.A. as a Manager and Producer of a music band who played all styles of cuban dances and music. As a producer and manager of “Ultima Edicion” musical group she was responsible for job seeking locally, nationally e internationally. Make up, ward rope, instruments, dancers, musicians management as well as payroll. In charge auditions for new dancers and musicians presentation was scheduled as well as rehearsals schedules. Does monthly reports for the company about the group presentations and presentation schedules. She also performed as a back up singer and Guiro player.
Mrs. Hicks hopes that someday she would own a TV station and a record label. So far, she owns her company Paz Communications Inc., a production company. Also is the publisher of a Real Estate Magazine called "Mi casa es su Casa" all in spanish. These are Sheyla’s words of wisdom: “Life is full of opportunities and if you dare yourself to dream don't let it be a dream... Make it happen! That's what I’m doing”. She came to the United States 8 years ago when she meet her actual husband. She studied Piano and voice lessons for 4 years. She writes her own songs and produced them. She got involved in television because a friend suggested that she would look good on camera. So she referred her to her agency. After a couple of years working as a model and actress her husband suggested that she should have her own TV show. So she thought: Why not?! She started producing the SPANISH-TV show with a friend who later on decided to move on to other endeavors. At that time she didn’t want to let go something that she had worked so hard on. She wanted to keep it going so she had to learned how to direct, learned how to use the editing program, post-production and do camera work, all that in less than six months. SPANISH-TV was on air for about a year and a half on Public Access Television. Finally, the show was accepted to be aired on the TELEMUNDO Nashville network. Mrs. Hicks is the Excecutive Producer and host of the show.
Mely Mayte Gonzalez 
Mely Gonzalez was born on September 5th, 1979 in Tenancingo, a small town in the state of Mexico. At the age of 13, her family moved to the United States and settled in the small city of Sparta TN. Being the only Hispanic student at her high school and unable to speak English, Mely had difficulty adjusting to the new life and culture. She became a member of her high school marching band where she enjoyed playing the flute and saxophone, and where she began to develop a sense of belonging. Her oldest sister’s work as a journalist at El Heraldo de Toluca, a prestigious newspaper in Mexico, served as an inspiration; thus, Mely developed a passion for mass communication with dreams of becoming a successful news reporter. After graduating from high school, she pursued her passion and majored in International Communications at Middle Tennessee State University with a concentration in radio and television. As a student, she worked as an intern for News Channel 5, where she learned backstage production and had the opportunity to work alongside Emmy-award winning journalists. She also worked as an on-air DJ for La Sabrosita, a high-ranking Spanish radio station in Nashville TN, where she became well known and admired by her listeners. In 2004, Mely received her Bachelor’s of Science in International Communications. While continuing her work at La Sabrosita, Mely joined Paz Communications/Spanish TV in 2008 as a reporter, where she is fulfilling part of her dreams. When Mely is not at work being a DJ or reporter, she’s at every mall in town, fulfilling her passion for fashion! Erika Guerrero Digby  Erika Guerrero was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. She was raised in a very traditional and loving family. She has a Law degree in Mexico by University Panamericana and a Master in Law by Vanderbilt University. She moved to the United States in 2003 after she got married to Benjamin Digby. Erika had lived in Raleigh, North Carolina, Houston, Texas, but she considers Nashville her second home. Cooking has always played a main role in her life. Her mother is a great cook and taught her how to prepare several Mexican meals and how to create dishes from whatever was in the pantry and in the refrigerator. Erika joined Spanish TV on season five hosting the Cooking segment. Food is a passion for Erika and she enjoys trying dishes from all around the world. Erika has a 17 month old baby David Digby and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Camerographer JR Davis 
Davis started working with Video in the early 80 when he met local videographer Jeff Moseley. Moseley and Davis started producing video shows out of the Cayman Islands where both men to this day have a fondness to vacation. Davis continued to work with Moseley's company working on corporate and music related projects. Davis started Winco Productions in 2002 with partners David Smith and Mark Oldham. The company produced television specials for the Great American Country Network. Since the beginning Winco has produced programs with country artist such as Charlie Daniels, Billy Yates, Tammy Cochran, Jace Everett, Eddie Raven, Restless Heart, The Air Force Reserve Band, Shooter Jennings, Jennifer Hanson, Phil Vassar, and Joe Nichols and country great Lee Greenwood to name a few. What’s more, the company has produced both in film and HD music videos for Billy Yates, Bob Carlisle and newcomer Adam Marshall. Along with Spanish TV, Davis has turned his attention to producing documentaries and is currently producing one on women with addictions. "Spanish TV is a great program for middle Tennessee" says Davis. "It allows the Hispanic viewers to stay connected with all the activities in middle Tennessee." Shooting Spanish TV show, just adds more locations to Davis’ already packed passport. Davis and his crew have shot around the world from war torn Baghdad, to Turkey, Norway, Switzerland, Italy, England Abaco Islands, Germany, Holland, Hawaii, Kitar, Japan and Korea to name a few.
